Brief de Design de Logo
I need a logo for a new real estate brokerage based in central Connecticut. The name of the company is Exclusive Properties. We will be serving individuals or companies who wish to sell or buy real estate. We would like the color scheme to be black and yellow, but are open to other color options.

Our target market is primarily individuals wishing to buy or sell single family homes. Our area is mostly comprised of single family. Occasionally there are multi-family residences that re in the area.
Also, we found that the uploaded logo does not fit well for our company. Please do not use it.
