Brief de Design de Logo

A fish wholesale company is going to rebrand itself under the name "Alfa Fish". The new name follows an updated strategy whereby the company displays eagerness to become the N°1 fish supplier in the expanded region with an increased focus on (1) service, (2) quality and (3) independence. The name is now also in English, no longer in the local language, given its international client base. The new logo must signal progressiveness yet also simplicity.
The logo could be a slightly upward sloping Greek Letter alfa which resembles a fish, followed by the name "alfa fish". There could potentially be an ocean wave on the logo.
Attachment 1 has the additional colors that preferably will be used (from the old logo), in addition to plain white
Attachment 2 has a (bad) logo I made myself from an existing nounproject icon (so shouldn't be used). The logo isn't upward sloping, is not in the form of an alfa, has the wrong colors etc so shouldn't be relied upon.
Creative ideas are most welcome!
