Brief de Design de Logo

I am looking to get a logo designed for my law office (Heid Law Offices, LLC). We are located right on the Mississippi River in Illinois. Because I practice in two states, with the river between them, we have several bridges in the area. I would like a bridge incorporated into the design to represent that two-state connection. If possible, a similar one to the ones located in Clinton, Iowa. (you can google Clinton, IA bridge and see them) The bridge also serves another purpose, as my practice focuses on estate planning and business succession - bridging the gap between generations. Needs to be professional and clean - preferably black and white to match my signs. Would like the motto on there as well - Omnes leges verae gignuntur e Deo.
