Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo design for a company based in Sydney. The English name is PWI and the Chinese name is 聚力国际。We are currently a real estate agency and we wish to expand our business in future to become an international company （at least in Australia and China） to help international investors with all the services, including property investment, education, immigration etc.

We would like red to be the main color. The logo should be simple, innovative, impressive and people should be able to remember it even with a glance, can be something like the Mercedes logo, Olympic Committee logo etc. We need both English name and Chinese name on the logo. 聚力国际 means externally we want to gather the power from the universe and internally we want to gather all the power from all the individuals and teams working as one big team. We position ourself as an international company in future. Even though we are currently a real estate agent, we don't want the logo to be a typical real estate agent logo with the obvious signs such as building etc.
