Brief de Design de Logo

We need a name and logo for a hip and happening coffee bar that features in an international commercial. Hipsters frequent it, and we have a few guys with very similar beards, so maybe a graphic beard can be part of the logo? We see the name and logo in floating letters on the window of the coffee bar, also inside, maybe on a menu and on a take away coffee cup. Keep it simple, graphic and modern. It will either be in white, gold or black, please do in those 3 colours. Please look at references - guidelines to the type of spot we are talking about.
