Just a simple question, I have thought very detail.
Do you wish to have small "icons" in each of the feature buttons?
Or maybe I can just do as a designer job maybe have the whole "button" a new looking?(icon base button for Anti-virus, File backup...etc)

the idea solution is one which does not involve creating graphics for each new button we want to add! (so we just change the text). but I'm open to idea's.

I think you should try describing what are the meaning of HIDS, DR, for the know and a designer has a start for the idea. The two word are too professional in technique. I can't understand what are HIDS and DR standing for.

I am also working on web design and am a reseller hosting user for over 10 years, so I guess most of your designers like me don't know what are the HIDS and DR, then how we design it's icon?
(not very professional in driving a host, but I do everything in cpanel)

HIDS is Host Intrusion Detection, picks up hacking signatures on servers
DR = disaster recovery, means the server is duplicated to another site if it fails.

I am sorry that there comes a job for me, and found in your description you will need icons design with 4 color lights status, I didn't read this part, if so I will ask what the light in blue and gray is standing for, for the advanced rich icon design. Anyway the time is being up, I'd hope there is a good design for you.
If I see your job earlier, I will do design the server icon for you for the same style :)
