Brief de Design Wordpress

I need a Wordpress design with coding, pictures, content to be provided by me, fully responsive, and development. This is for a 6-7 page design.

Pages Needed: Home/About/Probate/Process/FAQ/Contact Us/Blog.

The home page should be organized as followed:
-Steps in Probate: Gather; Implement; Close (each step will come with content)
-Flat-Fee Price & Savings: Content will go here with a button to contact us (phone number) or just the phone number.
-You Have Questions, We Have Answers: five questions with content. Only one question answer to show at a time when clicked on the question from the list.
-Get to Know Us: a brief description with content about what we do and who we are.

Main image slogan: Helping Californians deal with loss with DIGNITY & UNDERSTATING (you may use a better slogan if you wish).

The Contact page should not have a map since we are an online company. We service the entire state of California in every county and city.

The About page should be simple, direct, and easy on the eye. It should have a brief description of who we are and it should have no more than 6 reasons why the client should hire us.

About our online California company. We are not attorneys but legal document assistants who prepare legal documents for probate estate when someone dies with or without a will and assets need to be distributed. We have a flat-fee for Formal Probate of $999 and $699 for Informal Probate. We are an online company and offer our services to the entire state of California in every county. We do everything over the phone and email. The turn around time for us to prepare the initial legal paperwork for the client is within 3-5 business days. We can prepare, file, serve and manage a probate matter from petition to closing. We are not attorneys so our prices are very affordable compare to the attorney.

The company name for the website will be www.theprobateco.com, The Probate Company.

I do not have a logo yet. The colors of the website should be easy on the eye and calming. THE SITE SHOULD BE SIMPLE AND STRAIGHT TO THE POINT. EASY TO NAVIGATE.

The company phone number should be very visible and should stand out to the client. It should also be clickable and ready to dial for smartphone users.

I do not want a contact form on the homepage. THE MAIN THING IS FOR THE POTENTIAL CLIENT TO CALL OUR OFFICE TO SIGN UP.

I do like some images of family or people since we are dealing with people who just lost a loved one. Not all the images have to be of people.

The site should not look like we practice law or that people can mistake us for attorneys.
