Brief de Design En-Tête

I need a letterhead design that uses the same design ideas as my business card, which I have attached. I need it to look professional but also fresh and clean. If possible I would also like a with compliments slip and envelope designed as well.

I have attached a copy of a sample word doc for the letterhead that shows everything that must be on it. I would also like an alternative with all of the information in the header. The with compliments slip must also have the same information on it.
With regards to the envelope I only really need the logo and my po box address.
