First of all, I do not speak Italian. I suggest you write your comments in either English, Spanish, and or French. Otherwise, we will not be able to communicate effectively with each other.

What has happened has been a huge misunderstanding. As you can imagine, it would be pointless for me to ask a designer to copy your design, or an element of your design, simply because it would make more sense to work with you if your design is the one I like the most.

I found it extremely difficult to communicate with one of the designers whose design I liked. I explained to him, same as I did with you, that I was interested in developing a design of a meditating diver. Unfortunately, due to language barriers, one of the designers I was working with at the time did not understand me well, and I decided to illustrate my point by showing him what a meditating scuba diver looked like. I evidently showed him your design to point him in the right direction. Under no circumstances I was interested in copying your design, so please do not continue to complain about it.

I apologize for the trouble we might have caused you. The designer who copied it mistakenly incorporated your design to show me what the logo would look like with the meditating diver, but I explained to him that we could not do that due to copyright infringement issues.

No one has copied your design. In fact, you will see that the design has been developed independently and looks nothing like yours. In fact, we have chosen not to draw the meditating diver. We are still making improvements.

I apologize once again for the trouble we may have caused you. The designer I was working with did not mean to copy your design. I made a mistake when he posted it online, but his intention was only to show me how a meditating diver would look like. He is deeply sorry and apologizes for the incident.

Please do not take further actions against him. This matter has simply been a misunderstanding because he did not understand my guidelines, which were designing our own meditating diver.

it is forbidden to communicate with the designer outside of the site. And, above all, to show the work of other designers during the contest seems to me to be incorrect. This, the designer, should know.

For me, the matter closes here but Designcrowd should not allow these things to happen.

Thank you for your message. I understand. I did not mean to break any rules. I found a lot of difficulties to communicate with one of the designers, and that is why I asked him if it was possible for me to send him an email with an actual attachement. Do not worry about it. This will not happen again. It was simply a huge misunderstanding. I have asked the designer to eliminate your diver graphic. I hope you know that it was never my intention to have the other designer copy it.

I apologize once again for the trouble this matter may have caused.
