Brief de Design de Logo

Since Hurricane Maria hit Puerto Rico almost 2 months ago, almost 70% of families are still without electricity. We're raising funds from families at my office to buy non-electric toys for other families of my employer in Puerto Rico. We need a logo that we can use for the fundraiser as well as to print on the bags we will use to pack and distribute the items. I'd like to have something designed that is a graphic (no pictures) and can be printed in 2 colors for the bags. Simple is good - the final design could communicate the following themes: giving, caring, kids or families, toys (although not holiday), and Puerto Rico. Although we have 'hands' in the logo text - we are not necessarily looking for imagery of hands in the logo.
