Brief de Design de Logo

Looking for a logo, we are a Financial Planning company that specifically provides financial planning as a group benefit for employees of typically larger employers. I’d like to get a logo that would be versatile enough to work on letter head, biz cards , and even a golf shirt. The name of the company is RetireUp Wealth. I would prefer to emphasize the RetireUp portion and have wealth be smaller text or deferent text from the RetireUp portion. Notice, i like to keep RetireUp one word. Thanks for your efforts. I’m open to any colors. I Just want it to be profession, yet fun and stand out in a crowd. Our company handles very important detailed investment planning issues but we are also fun and laid back and would like to portray that in our logo.
