Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo design for a San Diego based Rickshaw company. These Rickshaws are three wheeled electric vehicles that are economical, convenient and fun. They come in a variety of configurations from refrigerated vending carts, cargo (truck like) versions that can carry huge amounts of weight, and sleek pedi cab versions that are made for carrying people. I am looking for a logo to use that is fun, eye catching, and represents durability. Please see the rough example that I have created below as an example of the direction I am leaning.

The picture is meant to be a muscle man lifting the rear axle of the cart. The differential portion of the axle is taking the place of the mans face. The idea is to give the impression the axle/cart is as strong as the person holding it. This is meant to be eye catching, fun, yet represent durability and function. I would like it to be fun but serious.
