Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo design for a software company, MakataSoft, tag line: Simple Software for a Complex World.

What we do:
Design SaaS solutions that help humans meet complex regulatory, statutory, or cumbersome requirements “inside” the software, so that they can focus their energy and enthusiasm on the meaningful work they do.

Every product we deliver is:
• Compliant: with laws and regulations of that industry
• Secure: no one gets in without the authority, assuring our users and their customers’ data are protected
• Functional: does what it’s supposed to do
• Insightful: creating calls-to-action through analytics
• Easy-to-Use: because it should always be less about the tool and more about the meaningful work
• Scalable: focusing on solutions for the many, not the few

So where did our name come from?

Makata is Swahili for antidote. Our first software solution was for the healthcare industry, for a service that we wanted to simplify for providers. The “Antidote” seemed like the right description, because while the product was good for patients and for practice revenue & quality performance, it was a “disease-ridden” delivery process that caused a lot of pain. So we delivered the Antidote (XXXXX.XXX), now used by hundreds of providers serving thousands of patients annually.

Exigences

Doit avoir

• The logo should be "vector"-like, and reflective of the intention of our company: simplifying complexity.
• Good colors include blue, green, gray, purple, black, white.
• Included 2 pix from shutter stock that I like -- thought they were both interesting in different ways.

Bien d'avoir

• We want to use the logo with a slight variation across all products we build. For example, our first product is a health risk assessment tool, for use by doctors and their patients.
• We'd like to be able to add a healthcare icon to the logo for that product. In this way, all our products share the primary logo, and, we can add small icons for the specific industries our products serve.

• Lastly, I'm not interested in the name of the company or initials in the logo--designs with an M or MS will be eliminated.
• Not red, yellow or orange.
