Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo design for two companies that are looking at merging they are currently named as the London Handy Team (www.londonhandyteam.co.uk) and RW property services (www.rwpropertyservices.co.uk). We are thinking of calling it the RW HandyTeam or the RW Handy Team and to incorporate the two brands we need a mixture of both the colours. The London Handy Team are a handyman service and RW do bigger property maintenance and refurbishment jobs. We dont mind if there is a different name which works better but we do need the RW in the name. It needs to be warm and welcoming.
