Brief de Design de Logo

I need to update my very tired logo from 20 years ago when I first began the business. I run a Financial Planning practice in Melbourne and the registered business name is "Investment Spark Financial Services". It is a play on my surname (which is Sparkes). I provide ongoing investment advice to clients as my main core business. I'm a female in an industry that is dominated by males. I'd like a logo that is fresh and appeals to a younger hip crowd that perhaps incororates the "spark" in a color or colors that convey trust. The prominence should be on "Investment Spark" and the "Financial Services" can be smaller and does not need to stand out. My horrible old logo is attached so you can see what you have to improve upon.
