Brief de Design de Logo

I have a website called www.trademarkwell.com at which I provide trademark information, but not legal services. The legal services are provided by my affiliated law firm called TMW Law. The TMW is an acronym for Trademark Well. Trademark Well has a logo of its own already, which I have uploaded. I'd like a logo designed for TMW Law. I'd like it to be on the simpler side but if it could have a subtle not to Trademark Well, that would be cool. I'm open to ideas. Some quick ideas that struck me is having the top of the T in TMW Law subtly look like the top of the well in the Trademark Well logo or having the letters in TMW Law have a subtle look like the brick lines of the well in the Trademark Well logo. But again I'm open. And the color scheme doesn't have to be the same as that of Trademark Well.

• Obviously, the name of the law firm - "TMW Law" must be in the mark.

• It would be nice to have a logo that is would also work well on a website and letterhead eventually. I am open to colors - I tend to like blues, greens, grays, and blacks - but I'm definitely open to other colors if they look good with logo!
