Brief de Design de Logo

I need a strong modern font similar to the one I am attaching.
Also a symbol for the firm including the initials of the last name of both partners...so a lockup combo. R and L; R | L or the initials inside a shape / symbol
This will be used on a 3d metal sign in the law firm, one on a sign outside the building and also for a business card. I am picturing the "symbol" to be on the backside of the card but could also be small on the front side as well.
The main partner has several years experience in this community and has a great reputation for being a strong defense attorney. Both partners are fairly young but very well known for what they do, they are very energetic and like to connect with their clients and care about the community as well and do pro bono work as a commitment to that. They are going out on their own with their own firm that represents who they are and their future and their values.
In the words of one of the law partners for his new firm:
I want to be aggressive / strong but also professional. We are the best, but also welcoming...not shut anyone out. Know that they are the best, not cheap, but come in.
Very straightforward and confident but honestly caring is how I would describe him.

Needed:
-The logo sign on the office wall will be a 3d metal like attached photo.
-The logo sign for the office sign outside will also be a 3d metal attached to either steel, copper or concrete with a wood formed appearance (mix of metal, steel, concrete...industrial modern). Also attaching photo that shows a metal sign with uplight. The law firm is in a fairly small town in Idaho -approx 60k so this will stand out and look different there.
-The logo with symbol / lockup will be used on business cards.
I am including a pdf with inspiration and additional notes for the 3 ways I will use the logo above

Ideally the R in Reichert and L in Laggis would be a slightly larger font and the PLLC a smaller font that the names
