Brief de Design de Logo

I need a logo design for my Performance Coaching Business called
Lori Van Lith Consulting. I provide performance coaching/sports psychology for elite athletes and corporate businesses. My specialty is focused on elite athlets. I want the logo to communicate growth mindset, focus, the mental side, and goal oriented. I am using my name because, in my area, my name has more weight than a clever business name. I will target youth, high school, and college athletics as well. However, my main focus is elite athletes. I work with athletes/teams on personal and group dynamics. I do evaluations, individual work, group work, I work with coaches, administrators, managers, senior-level positions, etc. I evaluate individual needs for the greater good of group dynamics. I offer training's and speaking engagements.
