A wwwwwoooonderfull new logo for my transformation leader coaching business

Hi after seeing the first logo designs, here are some hints everybody needs to know:
- For all my feedback: explanation: "+" means positive feedback, "-" means room for improvement, "+/-" means neutral - more a thought, not clear whether positive or negative
- IMPORTANT MISUNDERSTANDING OF BRIEFING: The Logo Text is "Weltgestalter Coaching", not World Designer Coaching (!) That was just an explanatory translation. Visually that means that "Weltgestalter" needs to be in one line and style. Coaching can be made smaller (not sure if this is good, but possible)
- If you decide to work with the silouette/angel, FYI: this is the picture I have in my mind when thinking about that silouette: [Non image link removed]+/- in my original idea, the "angel"/silouette was standig IN the circle (as it symbolizes the personal base like a healthy life for yourself) and the arms are above (meaning you create OUTSIDE) of your own world in the real world. I kind of also like the versions you did. So perhaps you could simply show me both variations - head in the circle and head above the circle.
I noticed I don't like pictures that look like digital/computer (e.g., fonts that look to technical). I also don't like squares/rectancles, everything needs to be more round
Hi there,
first of all: thanks to everybody. The designs get better and better, I really like your work :-)
Note to everybody:
- From now on (no need to revise just for that), please provide all designs in 2 versions: one on white background and one on DARK GREY background (not black as I said before to some of you).
- Please for the moment do NOT provide versions on paper or in a look and feel as if on a glass wall, a signpost or the like. We can do that later in the final phase of the competition when it's about the 2-3 last versions, but at the moment it's not worth the effort.
- Some additional things I learned: (a) Text alignment: I like 2 line designs (Coaching below Weltgestalter) with either right alignment or centered alinement. In case of centered alignment I like a line to the right and left of coaching, but only a line, no ornament. (b) font: I like simple fonts, either sans serif or very light serif ones (c) 3D-effects look cool on dark grey background, not on white background. so please differentiate accordingly
Processwise: No need to send me a message when you uploaded a new design. I'm checking them all regularily and designer by designer, so no need to message.
I plan on selecting 2-4 quite different logos and then to do a client poll with these. So it makes sense to continue working on designs I rated high that look very different from the others - I want my clients to have a clear choice of style.
If you have questions or recommendations, don't hesitate to send a message.
Thanks again for your creative work. I really like this process - I hope you like my feedback. If I can improve in something, let me know.
Best,
Florian
Please check our design and reply some feedback.
Dear designer crowd - I'm currently running my first poll (for style mostly). First results are in. And it turns out there are some suprises:
1) People almost all voted for the same #1. It's a beautiful logo that uses fine lines, almost ornamental, with a creative looking, friendly font.
2) the other high entries are mostly rather simple, clear logos with a strong focus on a person/figurine or two left to the text
3) All currently winning logos have amaximum of 2 colors
4) motives depicting the earth ball and/or using many colors and/or having other abstract motives than people don't work that good
Do with this what you like ;-)
I will decide on both the audience taste and my personal opinion, but I do take the poll seriousely.
Here's some more inspiration based on the poll results (pictures I think go into the direction of style):

IMPORTANT UPDATE for ALL DESIGNERS:
After reviewing the ideas, I have decided on my business colors. They are binding, please integrate them in your logo (also already posted designs). If you brought up several designs you only need to update the one which is currently the highest rated. If I wanted an other version I would let you know.
Here they are incl. a description:
I have decided on my business colors - here you find them. Please use them for all logo elements incl. background: [Non image link removed]I'm still a bit flexible regarding which color is which, however I also have some preferences: The orangish yellow (F0A202) should be very carefull, not too much, for emphasis of areas where people put their energy to. It stands for energy, focus, work, impact. The light grey (DADDD8) and the dark grey (393D3F) will be competing for background versus font on the website. Which one wins also depends on your logo design. Finally, the blue (124E78) and the green (3FA34D) should be used for graphical elements, highlighting, with more weight than the yellow, but less than the greys.
Hey, the link broke... so here are the color codes: f0a202-124e78-3fa34d-daddd8-393d3f
Hey there - sorry for the confusion but one of you showed me that my color scheme wasn't perfect, the light grey was too dark as a background.
So i changed it. Now the color scheme is f0a202-3fa34d-124e78-fffffa-393d3f
Please use in all future submissions, also as a background color. (you don't have to use all the colors, I actually like 1-2 color logos a lot. just choose from these. Also if you want to provide 2 versions please use 2 different background colors from this scheme.
