Brief de Web Design

Hi , I need to design a web page for my new recruitment company with the ability to link to social media accounts. The ability to add and remove job posts along with a blog page which I can update. More importantly I need the website to have the functionality of applicants being able to upload their cv and somewhere for me to store it. I will need assistance/recommendation for email address with company name, hosting and security. An about us page. The website will also need a search function for applicants to narrow down the search. Again I will need to be able to update this myself as the company grows. I have my logo ready domain address ready and would like the web site done ASAP. Thank you for your help.
