Brief de Design de Logo

We need a new logo design for our company called "BIMaire" located in Denver, Colorado. We service the national production home building companies with 3D visualizations, interactive sales center applications, VR walk-throughs, and architectural drafting services. We would like an eye catching and modern looking logo that uses a simple 1-3 color palate. The logo needs to translate well to black and white (or have a black and white variant).
