I must say that is possible to submit a design even the project is closed.
My question is if you do accept any new designs?

I have extended the time period because I am waiting for people to make the design changes requested. In the meantime a few new ones came in. we have eliminated the ones that dont fit and have a few that we are still reviweing after the changes are submitted. We will make a selection when they are in.

When You will choose winner of project????
