What size do you require? Do you have any ideas about how you would like this structured? ie. Do you want the steps stacked vertically as in your table, or do you want them in boxes flowing horizontally across the page? This is a LOT of information. Even at 7pt font size I estimate it's going to cover at least 4 sides of A4. Do you want a series of flyers or a brochure?
