Brief de Design Publicitaire

I need an ad designed to promote an event that we are hosting at a trade show for placement in the show program. The art must be ready to submit to the publication by Friday, November 15th at the latest. The ad is 1/2 page in the show program that will be 4.25"X 5.5" and must be submitted as a high resolution (300dpi) PDF. Ad is full colour. The minimum bleed and trim marks are 0.25". The trade show is the National Dairy Expo in Canada and we would like to promote a 2 day training we will be hosting at the close of the show. Our company is FarmTech Solutions - Ultrasound and Diagnostics and the details that should be included in the ad are:
