Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo for a new consultancy firm, called QA Services. QA stands for Quality Assured. Our area of expertise is IT (out)sourcing and we specialize in complex outsourcing deals based on proven experience. We primarily work result oriented based on fixed fees. We're known in the market through an extensive network of clients (C-level), thorough knowledge of the IT Market place and will be starting up in the United Kingdom, Belgium and the Netherlands.

QA will also have a secondary subsidiary, called QA Metrics. QA Metrics will be focusing on gathering the financial data for our business cases and reselling them to other consulting firms and selling market study reports to vendors.

The logo should be usable for both and should be adjustable for a second, third and forth subsidiary that we will be starting in the course of 2014. A customizable logo with changes in names, such QA Metrics, QA Services, below the actual logo would be highly appreciated.

This is the first part of a crowd sourcing assignment. The second part will focus on creating powerpoint and word templates, the third on the website.
