Brief de Design de Logo

We are opening a cell phone repair shop called Phone|Home. It's our big-picture mission to connect people to their world more seamlessly. Our start is through our retail space, servicing the walk by traffic as well as those who find us online. Aside from repairing all phones, tablets, laptops, and other gadgets, we'll also be selling well-selected smart wireless accessories as well as smart home products that you can connect to through your mobile device.

I write my name with the pipe "|" character between phone and home. I believe it looks more high end.

I'm looking for a clever and memorable logo that encapsulates our mission. Our brand characteristics are:
-Trustworthiness (honest pricing and service)
-Efficiency (quick service)
-Reliability (we back all of our repairs with lifetime warranties)
-Intelligence (through product selection and knowledge)
-Cutting edge (offering the latest and most considered products)
-Stylish (form meets function with our artistically inclined products, priding ourselves in having exceptional taste in the latest fashion and art)

In terms of aesthetic and logo design, I appreciate clever use of negative space, transparent/low-poly styles, I'd veer slightly into the "abstract" while staying simple. I also appreciate 80s and 90s aesthetics reborn with modern touches which is key to keep looking fresh and new. I do not want something that is antiquated, only something that draws slight inspirations from the retro past. I am also entirely open to designs that steer away from this brief. The 2 most important factors, regardless of aesthetic direction, are memorability and cleverness. I want a smart logo that is simple and very memorable. A + symbol can be incorporated to tie in the website domain.

My space is on the same block and the county and city offices, the Bar association, the district attorneys office, city hall, superior court, city and county law enforcement headquarters, and many other government agencies. These workers are primarily who walks by my doors.



The long-term goal is to establish our brand as not only the best service, but also a store that is known for having exceptionally cool and cutting edge products that are also very stylish and "limited" in quantity. A higher end feel without alienated the crowd at large.

I'm open to colors. However, I would like copper to be incorporated into my design. Kind of like how rose gold has been used and abused for the past few years, but I'd like copper in it's place. Foiling on the card perhaps. There's something electric about copper.

My other inspirations are coming from the mid to late 90s. Playstation One Low poly colors, examples of which you will find attached. The assortment of colors in each picture are fantastic combinations, incorporating transparency and geometric design.

I am definitely open to communicate with anyone individually to clarify anything. I may have said something that translates into design as a contradiction of sorts. Please reach out.

• I'd like a phone and a home incorporated nicely. I've attached a couple of logos that I like.
• PLEASE NOTE THE COLORS PROVIDED IN THE ATTACHED PICTURES! I chose "No preference" for color because I already attached the colorways I like. However, if you'd like to go a completely new direction, I welcome your creativity.

• What I don't want to see in a logo are repair tools. No screwdrivers or hammers. That horses has been beaten by every other shop in town.
