Brief de Print Design

I am reestablishing my real estate career in the far North Dallas, TX area and want to offer a rebate on new construction homes to help get me started. I am requesting a doorhanger as my first project but would like a theme that I can carry over to other projects including postcards and other marketing items. I want it to look high end, clean, professional and classy. I am attaching a copy of a flier that I created that needs (no graphic designer here) some prettying up. But this is just to give you an idea of the type of style that is of interest to me.

Fine Print: Not intended to solicit homes already listed for sale or buyers already in a buyers agency agreement with another brokerage. Please include offer details as listed in my flier. Again I am interested in a door hanger and the next round would be a flier or postcard.
