Brief de Design de Logo

I went to the Natural History Museum of New York, and I became fascinated with the masks, amulets and objects of power used by tribes around the world. Later, when I was in the plane back home, I found in one of my pockets a small piece, that I saw as the amulet I was looking for. Attached you will find the pictures of this object.
I see a man, in a swinging, dancing, in movement, with a torch in the head, illuminated by new ideas, he holds in one of his hands a symbol, that I see as a dragon, or a magical creature that dominates fire, the other arm doesn't have a hand, reminding me of many greek sculptures, that I could see in the Met.
I am creating, along with a partner, a business management consulting agency, Pendulum Strategy, and I would like to have a logo where this man is at the center of a ball that is swinging, like a pendulum ball of a Newton's craddle.
I want to communicate through the logo that our company is able to unlock the potential energy of our clients to solve their business problems, that we are able to transform ideas (torch) into action (dragon), that we will use ignite the company's feet to put them in movement (man gracefully dancing) and dancing to the rhythm of business.
The logo must be focused in the figure of the man, that should be inside a ball, that is swinging (movement arrows could work, not sure though). Think that in a bigger picture (imagine a Prezi zoom-out effect) that ball is part of a Newton's cradle, that is providing motion to a set of static balls, converting potential energy into movement, with the energy of a wrecking ball. I am also attaching a few images for inspiration.
