Primary & Long-term Goal for The Optimized you Podcast is A Weekly show in the Health & Wellness Industry that will be conducting interviews with Authors, Holistic Health Professionals, Coaches, Entrepreneurs, Wellness & Fitness Experts, Doctors, behavioral specialists & positive psychology experts who will be shedding light and knowledge on strategies to overcome fears, limiting beliefs, and self-sabotoging habits that hold people back from their highest & best self. The Podcast with Help people understand why they do what they do. Discussion topics on Health, Wellness, Performance, and Productivity that will bring clarity and inspiration to take action on any goal. Give people the tools, tactics, and insights on how to integrate The Mind and Body to perform better in their professional and personal life, create the habits that fuel productivity and results for better health, happiness, and success. Bring Wellness & Performance leaders together in the podcast community for powerful conversations that inspire connection, creation, and collaboration.

Avatar/Target Audience: "The Optimized You” Podcast’s Avatar is named Blake(male) or Blair(Female) Blair is single woman age 38 & Blake is married 38 year old with two kids. Both are very ambitious and have successful careers and demanding work and personal lives, both are in constant pursuit of improvement, growth, expansion in health, mind, and body. Both Blake and Blair travel and are very socially active, they are constantly strive more success professionally, spiritually, financially, and physically. They enjoy the finer things in life being active in nature, fine dining, they go to personal, spiritual, and professional development seminars. One of their top priorities is investing in themselves to perform better, think better, feel better in their professional and personal lives. They want to expand and grow. They love using their time productively when traveling, driving, jogging, cooking, and working so they listen to 4-6 hours of podcast each week.
