Brief de Design de Logo

PBJ - Peuty's Beef Jerky
This will work as a label as well for my market stall Beef Jerky.
I pretty much have the concept but need it refine.
The background needs to be like a beach timber wood grain.
The logo needs to look like a cattle brand, with PBJ standing out inside an oval shape that is burnt into the wood grain like a cattle brand and a little smoke coming off it to make it look like it was recently singed.
Above the PBJ and inside the oval, the words "A Totally Different Taste". Curves a little with the oval shape.
