Brief de Design de Logo

I am looking for a vivid logo design for our new mountain vacation home rental in Sapphire, NC. The logo should embody the name "TOP OF THE ROCK!" and signature architectural look of the home (see photos) as well as the high elevation location with amazing long-range view. Our catch phrase is "The Mountains are Calling!" I'd also like the logo to have them location "Sapphire, NC" in it somewhere.

I'm also attaching a picture of the logo design that won our last contest for our other property, "Once Upon a Stream". Note Howe the logo depicts the architecture of the home.

Bien d'avoir

• Would like the logo to have a "bold" feel but Not too many colors and designed with embroidery and t-shirt/hats in mind. Transparent background. Two versions- one with white text for print/embroidery on darker backgrounds, and a second version with dark text for print/embroidery over light background.

• No generic images for the house- must be custom created to depict my actual house and the mountain view
