Great question. Yes, but I just want it as a design right now, so I'm only asking for designers to participate. I'll then code it as responsive HTML in the next step.

i'll tell you from experience that you'll get more and far better results if you do two things:

1. guaranty your payment.

most of the better designers here (the ones who understand business graphics rather than some teenager from turqcrapistan) won't touch un-guaranteed projects. its just too much of a risk that "clients" come here on a free idea-fishing trip. never having had any intention of paying anyone.

2. when someone posts something. give them feedback. at very least one of the star-ratings. but preferably actual feedback. like "i like this part but can you change that?" or "i like the design but can you do it in shades of green rather than blue?"

the overwhelming majority of customers here never say one word, or even rate designs.

I only have access to Adobe Illustrator, so I prefer .ai.
