Brief de Design de T-shirt

We have quite a few existing designs and I am looking for a designer who can help with new ideas as we come up with inspiration. For this one I want to have an image of our bottle pouring out the City of Atlanta - similar to the attached image where the tap is pouring out an image. The image of the city should be realistic, but not photo-realistic. I like the idea of the bottle pouring out the city and sort of fading from bottom to top - where the top of the city is being filled in but is a bit more faint than the bottom.
