In old website, the product cart is redirected to amazon, do you want to keep the cart redirected to amazon?

Yes we need just to add two links where the user can buy the product, one for Amazon and one for eBay. The user cannot buy the product from our Website.

Sorry about that .. I didnt explain it well. The first stage obviously is to get the mockup and convert it to html/css. Converting it to Wordpress is outside the scope of this project but I just mentioned that I'll need that at the end.
