Brief de Design de Pochette de CD

I want the CD front cover to be the picture below attached as the front cover so it is pretty much done just needs to be formatted. I have gave the rest of info below of what I need. I need a cd front cover, inside cover- we would like contact info on it., we want CD disc image to be just the main front cover and add just Danny Pilkey on it somewhere it will look good in the same type font that God Knows is wrote in on the front cover , cd plate image and cd back image with song names and info. I would like for it too look like this picture image I have attached and the theme to go throughout the cd for the front cover but I need the rest to match, the back cover will have his songs and other info on the side slim panelof the side of the cd will just say God knows Danny Pilkey .
Please let me know what else is needed. the logo just needs to be on the back cover and the left inside panel really small next to the contact info. any questions please contact me
