Brief de Design Application

We need an application UI design for a GPS fleet management application.
This is a WEB APPLICATION that will run in a desktop browser and not a mobile app design. Looking for a UI/UX expert with experience building desktop application designs.

UI needs to display map with real time location of fleet vehicles
Elements of the application would include things like reporting, geofencing, vehicle on-map displays, alerts, vehicle tabular listing with status (Online, offline, etc), vehicle detail info display like speed, engine rpm, etc etc.

You can google vehicle tracking and get a sense of different GUIs. It is CRITICAL for the designer to understand fleet management applications to be able to do justice to the experience that we are trying to build and be successful in this project.

Looking for something different from the ordinary layout and with some GUI innovation. Should be simple to use, pleasant to look at with proper use of colors and very intuitive. We need a proper framework and user experience built and then on top of that we can add more panes and functionality as needed.

Some UX ideas include hiding things that are not required and resurfacing them easily on demand, being able to move panes around like a canvas, a comprehensive dashboard style layout on login and proper visualization of real time elements as they change.

Once we get some samples we will help the designer perfect it but we need to get some professional UI/UX person to conceptualize and design the user experience.
