Brief de Design de Logo

I'm launching a new wiki based site for international work permits (visas). The site will feature up to date information on visas and will also include guides for working, contracting and studying in another country.

I don't really have any specific requirements (apart from the design should not look like the www.WorkPermit.com logo) and I don't want to provide any design requirements as I think designers work best with a clean slate.
