Brief de Design de Logo

Team name: The Mendicino Scott Group
Tagline: Nothing confirmed but something like Market Savvy * Client Focused * Detail Driven
Descriptive Text: We may want to change the word Group to Properties so that the logo as a stand alone tells what we do. We could add Professional Realtors (insert copyright).

We like the idea of a garden gate or gate opening to indicate a home, welcoming the clients to their new home. Charleston, SC is known for its elaborate iron work on gates (see Philip Simmons work). Also like either the key or the door opening graphic. But as we looked at logos visually, attached are some we liked. The common thread seems to be a marriage of our initials in some way with an elegant graphical element. So, we are open to either of these paths...
