Brief de Design de Logo

We launched about a year ago and our subscribers on YouTube and FB group have increased. We've outgrown our current logo and want to build something more elegant, mature, and "cooler". Something that we could put on a hat or t shirt. It should be recognizable and have a young, cool, sharing economy sort of feel but not be off putting to the fastest growing demographic of airbnb hosts (retired women).
