Brief de Design de Logo

Looking for a logo that we can put on our trucks and shirts. The company name is Construction Consulting & Management - we are a owner's representative for residential home owners looking to renovate or expand their houses - we work directly for the owners and deal with the General Contractors and sub contractors to ensure project completion on schedule and budget. I am thinking the full name may be a bit big to fit on any of the above mediums (please correct me if i'm wrong) so i was thinking just the letters CC&M or CCM. Was hoping something that pertained the construction trades could somehow be worked into the lettering if possible - or just something that gives the notion of direction and guidance. (Vague I know I apologize - really open to ideas). With the font i'd definitely like something that is easily readable but has some uniqueness to it. Honestly none of the above is set in stone by any means - any other creative ideas are welcome.
