Brief de Design de Logo

In need of a logo for my restaurant.
Style is gastro pub, a local joint with an emphasis on quality food, fresh ingredients, creative menu items, and craft beers.
Dewey's Public House is a small town restaurant; casual, yet refined. We have a copper bar, red brick walls, rustic dining tables, a cozy atmosphere and we are family friendly.
Simplicity is a must. Looking for minimal colors in design to make merchandising easier.
I'm looking for a versatile logo that I can use for more than one purpose (i.e. business cards, branding, merchandise, advertising, etc.)
