Brief de Design de T-shirt

I'm looking for a design for a t-shirt that we would wear whilst we are undertaking community service as a team.

The initiative is called Reliant Cares. So it could be the logo plus Cares incorporated some how with an image.

The logo would go on the front of the shirt. Not sure if it would be large and centered or just on the top left. We're open to suggestions.

We're a company of approximately 35 people. Still have a start up feel and the logo should reflect some personality. We're pretty fun and easy going.

We would like the log to represent us being a unity and working together.
