Brief de Design de Logo

We are opening a new subsidiary and we need a new logo for subsidiary that is similar to logo of parent company. Parent company is called "Carpathian Capital Management" and you can find us at www.carpathiancapitalmanagement.com. Parent company is a real estate investment firm. New subsidiary will be called CCM Finance and will lend money to other real estate investors. We haven't decide yet if new logo should say something like "A Carpathian Capital Management Company" or if logo should just look similar to parent company logo and leave it at that. It would be nice to see both kinds of options. Please find attached the logo for the parent company. You should take your design inspiration from this.
