Brief de Design de Logo

I would like to create a company logo for our company Four Twelve Development.

We currently have a text logo (see attached), which we like very much. It is very long though - and probably considered our "formal logo." I have attached it to this brief. You can also find it on our website at www.fourtwelvedev.com in the top left corner of the site.

That said, I would like to leverage this current logo and create another NEW logo to go with it.

Maybe something with the text "FT" and show FT in a creative way.
Or something artistic and unique.
It should be able to be paired with our current logo and mesh well.
I think of it as like a "trademark symbol" which we are looking for.
A "stamp" of sorts that is short and sweet and which people will recognize when they see it.

NO RED

We are a homebuilder / real estate company - so keep this in mind as you design it - maybe you can think of a design that would work well for a company in our space.
