Brief de Design de Logo

Logo for newly created holiday accommodation business. The business is a new business offering apartment style accommodation close to the beach in Surfers Paradise, QLD, Australia. The accommodation will be marketed to young & hip couples and families. The target market of the accommodation is young hip couples and families, but not limited to middle aged couples up to the age of 50.
The accommodation is located within walking distance to the beach on the Gold Coast. The complex is very modern with pool, spa and gym facilities. We will be providing surf boards and vintage beach cruiser bikes for guests to utilise.
The accommodation will be listed on Air BnB, will have social media accounts, and also a website. Therefore the logo will only be required for online media only. It will not be required for print media.
Competitors will be other Hotels and holiday homes and AirBnBs. We would like to come across as a cool, fun and hip accommodation option.
The look and feel of the logo should be cool, modern and have the same style & look as the pictures attached. The logo should incorporate palm leaves & monstera leaves as per the attached images. Think “hipster beach surfer” with a touch of “Tommy Bahama”. The logo should be clean and fresh… and have a relaxed feel to it.
We would like to appeal to the younger crowd, who are actively booking accommodation online through online booking engines such as AirBnB and who are very engaged when it comes to social media such as Instagram.
We require the logo, and also a template to use for quotes and testimonials to be utilised on Facebook and Instagram. Ie maybe a blank square with bordering incorporating the palm leaves used in the logo where text can be added when required.
Artwork and logo deadline is 06/10/2017.
