Brief de Design de Logo

A logo that reflects a grading contractor, we are heavy equipment operators with tractors, but are looking for a newer, trendier design. Our old logo is listed but we want a more modern design. I really like the J.P. Brown contruction logo but would like to use the two tractors in the images I attached instead of the Loader thats in their logo. also I love the lettering of both the AJ and JP logos how the gradient in the letters gives it the shiny effect.
