We need a wordpress design for an established auction and real estate company based in Viginia- "The Name That Sells!". The winning design will incorporate a professional color scheme with company logo in a clean layout. The design needs to consider that this will be developed on a responsive theme.

• - - We will require winning designer to provide a layered PSD (Adobe photoshop) concept file, along with any non-standard font files used.
• Logo attached. Color scheme should compliment the logo colors; nothing flashy, rather more business oriented … subdued colors. Lighten up the burgundy color; not so dark on the background;
• Horizontal Navigation menu with these pages:

• A slideshow element on the home page use stock of real estate for the initial image.
