Brief de Design de Logo

I need a logo design for a blog I am starting called "The Round Table-Enhanced Recovery Blog." Enhanced recovery is a quality improvement initiative aimed at bringing together a multidisciplinary team (anyone that may care for a surgical through their surgical journey in the hospital) to care for the surgical patient throughout the continuum of care. The goal of the blog is to bring a multidisciplinary team together in a nonthreatening forum for the sharing of ideas, research and experiences from enhanced recovery programs. In this blog, there is no hierarchy of providers (ie physicians/nursing/allied health providers) and everyone has an equal voice. There will be guest bloggers (world leaders to front line implementers) as well as discussion of the literature. Im interested in a minimal design that communicates the principles of equality, solidarity, unity, inclusiveness, and my passion for this practice changing initiative.
