Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo design for our new fast food brand "The Shrimp Pimp". Another brand within our group has a red and yellow/gold coloured logo and would like this one to be a similar colour scheme but in reverse, with the yellow/gold as background (see attached file). Open to all design ideas but thinking of a cartoon style character; perhaps prawn/shrimp as 70s style pimp. Would like to convey fun, young, cheeky.
