Brief de Design de Logo

We are looking for a new logo to replace the current one shown in the header of our website, http://www.zoetraining.com.

Here are our guidelines:

1) It should say only "Zoe", removing the "Training & Consulting" part. The tagline to include in our logo will say: "Celebrating 35 years of bringing training solutions to life", or "Bringing training solutions to life", then in another part of the logo say "Celebrating 35 years" or even just "35 years". We are open to your creative input!

1) It needs to fit within the header section shown on our website, zoetraining.com, as well as on our business cards.

2) The lettering and graphics for the website logo design should stand out against our website's dark blue background, and we'll also need a print logo for our correspondence, one that is inversed; i.e., instead of light lettering against a dark background, we'll need dark blue lettering (rbg 0,58,106) to go against a white background.

3) It should be elegant and catchy and reflect a cool, modern, and sophisticated image.

4) We will need an extra layer in the logo with graphics that emphasizes we are celebrating our 35th anniversary. This layer should include something such as streamers or fireworks behind/around the lettering (We are open to your creative ideas!) - something that captures a celebratory nature, but not overdone. We would like to be able to later delete this layer after our anniversary.

5) It should be in .EPS or .AI format so we can edit the 35th anniversary wording in Illustrator and change it to "Bringing your training solutions to life" and also delete the streamers/fireworks objects.
